The Spirit of BC – Pemberton Valley is proud to be able to offer sponsorship to anyone, with no restrictions throughout the month of February 2010. This is an ideal way to profile your organization to our community and to the many visitors (approximately 1,000 per day) that Pemberton is expecting.  

Your time to shine is now and if you did not get a chance to become an official sponsor for the Games, we will give you the opportunity to be part of our celebrations. Pemberton will play a key role during Games time due to its proximity - only 25 minutes north of Whistler.

There are several levels of sponsorship providing incredible opportunities to promote your business and increase your visibility, which in tough economic times it is even more crucial than before. Monies raised throughout February will greatly support the community of Pemberton and its much needed amenities!

 

 

Sponsorship Levels

 

SUPPORTERS & FRIENDS of Pemberton:

Contribution: Less than $3,500

Sponsors will be able to contribute per event – please contact Director of Sponsorship and request event schedule and contribution level

BRONZE (unlimited)

CONTRIBUTION: $3,500 cash

• Logo on Spirit Pemberton/ Winterfest website*
• Banner or sign at one Pemberton Spirit organized key event*
• Name inclusion in all media and print promotions 

 

SILVER (unlimited)

CONTRIBUTION: $5,000 or 70% cash + 30% in-Kind

• Banner or sign at four Pemberton Spirit organized events*
• Logo on Spirit Pemberton/ Winterfest website*
• Name inclusion in all media and print promotions 

 

GOLD (unlimited)

CONTRIBUTION: starting at $10,000 or 70% cash + 30% in-Kind

• 17 days Community Centre Hallway – Event location indoor sign
• Logo on Spirit Pemberton/ Winterfest
• Medium Banner or sign at four high profile Spirit of Pemberton events*
• Name inclusion in all media and print promotions 
• 2 VIP passes to Pemberton House Party

 

PLATINUM (limited)

CONTRIBUTION: starting at $25,000 or 70% cash + 30% in-Kind

• 17 days Community Centre Grant Hall – Event location indoor sign
• Logo and link to your profile website on Spirit Pemberton/ Winterfest and Chamber/Tourism website
• One year complementary Chamber of Commerce membership
• Medium Banner or sign at all high profile events *
• Name inclusion in all media and print promotions 
• 4 VIP passes to Pemberton House Party

DIAMOND (limited 2 sponsors)

CONTRIBUTION: starting at $50,000

• 17 days Community Centre Back Entrance sign
• Logo and link to your profile website on Spirit Pemberton/ Winterfest and Chamber/Tourism website
• One year complementary Chamber of Commerce membership
• Large Banner or sign at all high profile events*
• Name inclusion in all media and print promotions 
• 4 VIP passes to Pemberton House Party
• 2 VIP passes to one Dinner/ Theatre night

LEAD SPONSOR (limited 1 sponsor)

CONTRIBUTION: starting at $100,000 (additional items up to $500,000 can be negotiated)

• 17 days Community Centre front Entrance sign
• Logo and link to your profile website on Spirit Pemberton/ Winterfest and Chamber/Tourism website
• 2 year complementary Chamber of Commerce membership
• Large Banner or sign at all high profile events*
• Name inclusion in all media and print promotions 
• 6 VIP passes to Pemberton House Party
• 2 VIP passes to both Dinner/Theatre nights

 

Restrictions & Guidelines

 

• It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide a banner/ sign in a timely manner
• Logo should be provided by the sponsor as soon as sponsorship agreement has been signed. Web friendly format (high resolution 300 dpi)
• Deadline for printing material is January 15th, 2010
• On February 6th Torch Relay day, from 8-9AM we will not be able to showcase any non-Olympic sponsor signs
